What forms of payments do you accept?  

We gladly accept payment via Amazon Payments, Pay Pal, Google Checkout and bank issued money orders. Please note if paying by money order your order will ship after our bank has verified that the money order has cleared.This verification can take up to 7-10 days for money orders issued from banks within the United States. We do not except money orders from outside of the U.S.

Can I make changes to my order after I clicked ‘Place Order’?

 Yes as long as your order has not been processed you can modify it. Just log into your account, locate the order you would like to modify and follow the on screen directions.

Do you have a minimum order policy?

No we do not have a minimum order policy. Feel free to purchase the exact quantity that you require to complete your project.

Do you have a printed catalog?

No. Our online store is our catalog. We carry a large assortment of Sewing Fabric Trims and Trimmings and we are confident that you will find the sewing notions you are looking for at discount prices. If you are looking for an item and you do not see it online, please Contact Us.

Will my trims be in one piece?

You can feel confident when purchasing your by-the-yard trims from Murray the Monster. We make every effort to ensure that your fabric trim is in as few pieces as possible. And if it is necessary to ship multiple pieces, we make every effort to ensure the pieces are of reasonable (useable) length.

How soon will my order ship?

Since we stock a very large selection of decorative trims & trimmings we are typically able to ship your order will ship within 24 hours.

An item did not ship in my order, will it be placed on backorder?

We strive to have accurate inventory counts so that you will receive exactly what you ordered. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, our inventory count may be incorrect and we are unable to ship the quantity ordered. If an item is out of stock at the time the order is fulfilled, it will be canceled from the order. You will not be charged for this item and your total order charge will be adjusted accordingly.

Do you accept returns?

Please note: All sales are final on cut-to-order trims and sewing supplies (i.e. specialty cut /BY-THE-YARD items). We will gladly accept returns on any bundled items. Simply notify us within 14 days after receiving your order and we will supply you with return instructions. Neither original shipping charges or return shipping charges will be refunded unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Returned trims must be in new, original, uncut condition and kept in a smoke free environment. A refund will be issued after the trim is received and inspected.
