refunds on their orders.Note: Any return that is not the result of
our error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be
deducted from the refund.Items should be returned in their original
product packaging. If the return is a result of our error (you
received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll refund the return
Please be aware that we
have made every effort to represent our products as closely to their
true colors as possible. Due to all the possible variants (ex. monitor
quality settings, light source, etc.) we cannot guarantee that that the
pictured images accurately represent their true colors. Dye lots will
also vary so please take this into consideration when ordering. Therefore, we STRONGLY
recommend ordering a sample prior to ordering your trim to ensure color
In addition, we make no warranties or guarantees to
colorfastness, dye ability, shrinkage or wash ability.
What can NOT be returned
All sales are final on cut-to-order trims
and sewing supplies (i.e. specialty cut /BY-THE-YARD items).
What can be returned Any bundled products- e.g. the if the trim is sold in 6 yard increments, and you purchase it in 6 yard increments that you can return it in 6 yard increments.
To initiate a return:
Log into your ACCOUNTclick on the "VIEW DETAILS" link located in the TRACK YOUR RECENT ORDERS section.
Once in the order, click on the "ADD NEW RMA" button.
Enter the return reason and method along with any other pertinent information and submit your form.
Our Customer Support staff will contact you within 24 hrs to supply your with an authorization no# and
address where the item(s) should be shipped. DO NOT RETURN ITEM (S)
WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND THE CORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESS, as it may
be more costly for you.
Please include a copy of
the original receipt or
copy of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations) in the package
